About Me

I am a Graduate Research Assistant at BRAC University, where I build reproducible machine learning systems at the intersection of computer vision, multimodal learning, and long-context LLMs. My research focuses on making models more interpretable and reliable by grounding predictions and generation in verifiable evidence (e.g., regions, human attention signals) and by rigorously evaluating failure modes such as hallucination and context breakdown in long-document settings. I have worked on gaze-supervised chest X-ray diagnosis and report generation as well as hybrid quantum-classical image classification, and I enjoy translating ideas into end-to-end pipelines from dataset curation and ablations to careful evaluation and research writing.

Alongside research, I mentor undergraduate thesis teams and convene the BRACU CSE Research Reading Group, with the goal of building a collaborative culture for doing careful, high-impact research.

I am preparing to pursue a Ph.D. in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with the goal of advancing methods that are both theoretically grounded and practically meaningful.
